Buzz-band alert: There’s this band a lot of people seem to be talking about called Arcade Fire (cool name, eh?!), who, I think, are from Canada. I don’t usually listen to obscure bands, but they just put out a new CD called The Suburbs that’s pretty good, so I made an exception. I think maybe they have an album or two before this one, although my impression is that those ones are a bit rough around the edges and not many people liked them. Do check out the new one if get a chance, though. They’re ripping up the blogosphere. (wink implied)
